Vendor Registration Form:

All vending will be at the Hospitality Hotel and Conference Center, Fredericksburg, VA. The vendor venue is located on the first floor.

VENDOR/EXHIBITOR RULES:

Price per booth is $75 as well as a donation for our auctions with a minimum suggested retail value
equal to the total fee paid for your vending space.

NOTE: Vendors that wish to attend the weekend activities may purchase event tickets for $35/person (limit 2).
Additional tickets may be purchased thru the standard attendee registration form.

Vending spaces will be assigned on a first-selected basis. If two vendors select the same space, the request with the earliest timestamp
will receive that space. Please see the diagram below for the spaces and tables available this year. You will be asked to enter a space
number to indicate your choice(s). Spaces that are already taken have a vendor name shown.

Booth spaces include the use of a table. If you require additional tables, just let us know. There is no additional charge.
