Vendor Registration Form:

All vending will be at the Hospitality Hotel and Conference Center, Fredericksburg, VA. The vendor venue will be located on the first floor, so no issues with elevators or stairs this year!

VENDING HOURS:

• Friday night: 6pm - 9pm for early setup
• Saturday: 10am - 5pm
• Sunday: 10am - 1pm

We have both booth and table spaces available again this year. Booths are $75 each and tables are $60 plus a donation for our silent auction (minimum retail value equal to the total of your booth fee, please). NOTE: All vendors that wish to also attend the weekend activities must also register separately as attendees. We strongly recommend registering in advance as tickets will likely be sold out and not available for sale at the event.

Vending spaces will be assigned on a first-selected basis. If two vendors select the same space, the request with the earliest timestamp will receive that space. Please see the diagram below for the spaces and tables available this year. You will be asked to enter a RED space number to indicate your choice(s). Spaces that are already taken will be highlighted in YELLOW.

Booth spaces include the use of a table. If you require additional tables, just let us know. There is no additional charge.
